Trevisanalat, (headquartered in Resana, Treviso, Veneto) operating in the dairy farming industry since 1980, began specializing in the mid-1990s in the production of high-quality mozzarella cheese through the milk enzyme processing technique. This strategic choice allowed Trevisanalat to establish a strong relationship with Italian large-scale retailers, and as of today, 85% of total sales are generated through private labels. The manufacturing facilities (34,000 sq m) are among of the most efficient in Europe.

In October 2016, Trevisanalat was sold to Sabelli Group, a leading trade buyer in the dairy sector.
