Trevisanalat has been operating in the dairy farming industry since 1980 and in the mid 90’s specialized in the production of high quality mozzarella cheese through the milk enzymes processing technique. This strategic choice allowed the Company to establish a strong relationship with Italian Large-Scale Retail Trade and as at today 85% of total sales are generated via Private Label. The manufacturing facilities (34,000 sqm) are one of the most efficient in Europe. In October 2016 the company was sold to a leading trade buyer in the diary sector.
