Founded in 1956 and headquartered in Cellatica (Brescia, Lombardy), Olimpia Splendid’s core business is the production and distribution of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) solutions, with a broad product range from cooling to domestic heating. Its manufacturing activities are entirely based in Italy. Olimpia Splendid’s main strengths are design and technical innovation, factors which have allowed the company to become a respected player in its reference market, and to achieve sustained growth over recent years. Its revenues extend over several countries in Europe, as well as the US, Asia and Oceania. Exports account for 40%. Olimpia Splendid employs 120 people.

In October 2025, Alto Capital IV sold its stake to a Newco owned by the majority shareholders (the Saccone and Dalla Bona families).
