Ponsi, based in Viareggio (Tuscany), produces and distributes taps and mixers. Exports account for 20% of revenues, with a geographical presence in the Netherlands, Greece, Germany and the Far East. Ponsi enjoys strong brand recognition, especially in Italy, where its products are associated with quality and high-level design.

In February 2015, Ponsi operations were sold to a leading player in the sanitary fittings sector.
