Gruppo Arcte, based in Bolo­gna (Emilia Romagna), is active in the luxury under­wear and bea­ch­wear seg­ment for men and women, under the brands Argen­to­vivo, Baci­ru­bati, Juli­pet and Allen Cox.  Gruppo Arcte established itself as a leading player in the reference market thanks to the quality of its products, widespread distribution network, and brand recognition.

In May 2007, the Fund sold its stake in Gruppo Arcte to a listed Italian industrial group.
